Reinstall windows w/o losing programs

I have to reinstall windows and format my hard drive but I can't find a way to keep all the programs I have. I've lost many of the program installations discs and I just have the programs running on my hard drive. Is there any way to get the program installers from the applications themselves?

If you format, than all data are gone. Why do you need to take such drastic an action ? What is your problem ? Your present installation may still be saved. Share more.

My guess is no - if you have to reformat. Have you tried a repair install. That's what it's there for.
