That's where Facebook stores its pictures. It shouldn't be so slow as to trigger that error.
The easy solution is to stop using Facebook. But first I would try another browser (choose from Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer) and run Malwarebytes' Antimalware to check for malware.

What is it? What do I need to do to fix the issue? And when I hit the 'de-******' option an entire page opens, there are several columns, on of which has code with an arrow to the offending line. I don't know what to do then. Can anyone help me? By the way, eventually, the machine starts running again but only until the next time the message appears.
