registrycleanerxp.com.... cant seem to get rid of this

it started yesterday, when i had to call my cable provider to turn my connection back on, they said my account had been suspended due to spam.
so i sat here for several hours running ad-aware, avast and mcafee.
i turned off system restore beforehand to ensure nothing was backed up.
now im getting this messenger service popup for registrycleanerxp.com
