What tracking issue?

What tracking issue? And what does that have to do with the registry? By and large, the registry is something you are better off just leaving alone. Don't be the next person who finds this out the hard way when they start monkeying about and then reboot to find their OS no longer boots.

Making changes to the registry can seriously damage your health.

There should be no need to do that. If you have uninstalled all the adobe products you no longer need, then there will be no issues with 'tracking' or anything else.

Or may be we have misunderstood the problem you are having?

You can...

...clean or otherwise make changes at the Registry without going into the Registry itself.

In you case, you can use the 'msconfig' utility to clear things up. Type msconfig at "Run" and open up[ the "start up" and "Services" tabs. Uncheck things connected with Macromedia amd Adobe which you do not need. You can also download and install "CCleaner" which can clean up things at the Registry related to programs which are already deleted. You can also take a look at the "Scheduled tasks" folder and delete those you are unhappy with. And, what about deleting cookies ?

The only way I know to look in the registry is use regedit. And that's a rather good way to delete entries also. What's your problem?
