Registry Cleaners / Fixers # 2

May 17, 2008 9:39AM PDT

Is there a "Registry Cleaner / Fixer" that actually analyzes everything in your registry and VERIFYS that there is a "Program" "Or need for" that individual entry?

I use about 3 different ones (Free as well as paid for) and yet I can go into the registry and find junk.

Can you suggest one or more? , "Free" is good but I am open to using money. Thank You, AJ-Rube

With over 200,000 keys in the average Vista Registry, I can't see how a program finding, let's say 200, orphaned entries is doing much of a cleaning. It's like cleaning a parking space in a parking lot the size of Montana IMHO. I personal quit using them and will wait until my OS tells me it's having problems with registry entries. I wonder if they really will fix anything even then?
