Come on Mr Samsung HD, it's been over 2 weeks since your last e-mail (now a total of 2 months) and we still have not heard anything about resolving the serial number issue. Just tell us the truth your IT department has no idea how to fix it. If this is the way Samsung handles their registration process I am scared shitless if I actually need to contact them for service. There going to tell me that they have no record of me purchasing the P2570 and I am SOL. What does one have to do to resolve this. This is way past ridiculous now it's just plain ignorant on the part of Saamsung. Time to pack up the monitor thank god I saved the box.
I am trying to register my newly purchased monitor, the P2570 on the Samsung website but the model isn't shown. The P2570HD is listed but it is a completely different model with a different model code. Can someone help in this matter? Thanks.
