Registration for P2570?

I am trying to register my newly purchased monitor, the P2570 on the Samsung website but the model isn't shown. The P2570HD is listed but it is a completely different model with a different model code. Can someone help in this matter? Thanks.

Come on Mr Samsung HD, it's been over 2 weeks since your last e-mail (now a total of 2 months) and we still have not heard anything about resolving the serial number issue. Just tell us the truth your IT department has no idea how to fix it. If this is the way Samsung handles their registration process I am scared shitless if I actually need to contact them for service. There going to tell me that they have no record of me purchasing the P2570 and I am SOL. What does one have to do to resolve this. This is way past ridiculous now it's just plain ignorant on the part of Saamsung. Time to pack up the monitor thank god I saved the box.

Yeah I guess Mr Samsung HD has forgotten about us. He figured we would just go away. This is just plain asinine and it just shows what kind of customer service and or tech support Samsung employees.

Serial number still says invalid

Congratulations on yours working... mine still does NOT. I have tried over and over again and it still says I have an invalid serial number. I have looked at the back of the monitor and the one on the box and they are exactly the same.

So now what do I do HDTech??? Yours works and mine does not. What does that say about my monitor. Do I have a grey market monitor. I purchased it thru NewEgg.com

I am having a similar problem trying to register a galaxy tab2.

I went back to Tesco where I bought it and the salesperson could not do it on line either but said she would e-mail a solution. Needless to say I am still waiting.

I e-mailed Samsung, no reply.

The thing is still in the box and I just want to return it as if I have these problems trying to register what would happen if I actually needed tech support?

The Samsung site is a joke for a tech company; my first and last Samsung product.

Tesco is a UK retailer, right? I'd like to help, and normally, I'd just take your info and register it for you. But I can't because I'm limited to US customers. Have you tried calling in yet? Samsung UK phone: 0330 SAMSUNG (7267864)
