That question is for your registrar to answer. I'm not a registrar.
But I want to cover something that happened a few months ago. A client had a new domain and it worked for them but not for me. Why? The DNS records propagate across the globe and some ISPs don't update too often.
Figure a month till it hits 99% of the web's DNS servers out there.
When i register a new domain for example my-domain.com does it mean that registrar creates a zone entry for my-domain.com and becomes an authoritative DNS server for the new domain?
