Since the interior of your truck is heated when you are in it the temperature should be within tolerance for most Laptops.
And if you are away from the truck you could store the laptop in a thermal insulated case to protect against the frigid temperatures or you could carry it with you.

I have a basic concern about laptops before I purchase one. My laptop would be sitting in my truck (turned off) for half of the day in the cold Northern Canada winter-down to -30 Degrees celsius (-22 Farenheit). Can the cold damage a Laptop? Any links or info would be appreciated.
