Your choice to report or not but it's already being reported to Microsoft by others. Did not find anyone that fixed it by any means (yet.)
Since I felt the need to preform a ‘clean’ install of Windows 10 via USB on July 18th, I have had these ‘Appcrash’ showing up via view reliability history every “other” day. I assume this is a ‘scheduled’ task that is not being allowed to happen, every other day!
Details as follows:
Hosts process for windows task stopped working:

The “Fault Module Name: unbcl.dll – appears to apply to “.Net”
When I looked at ‘scheduled task’ for “.Net” : .Net Framework NGEN...The operation completed successfully
After looking around ‘Google’ I noticed that a “lot” of people had the same complaint and they had ‘reported’ same to Microsoft via ‘link’ that is listed: Learn how to report problems and check for solutions automatically. No solutions yet.
I have had ‘app crashes’ before, and sometimes they create a ‘minidump’ at C:\Windows\minidump. For which I have used the application/program: BlueScreenView. It has helped in the past. That said, this time ‘no’ minidump’s are being created so can’t seem to go any further.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions
