Regarding creating back links by to web site with forums.

I have one website that is a website of Hotel. This is a forum submission website. Many peoples say me that you can create do-follow back links with the help of forums rather than blog commenting, I Just want to ask that is forums discussion method is powerful method to generate do-follow back links or we can use another methods. Is there any one expert person who can help me in the back link concept?

Links on this forum are no-follow, so it's rather useless to publish them here. Moreover, it's forbidden by the forum policies.

buying Ads is a paid method, my site is new and currently I am working only for free back links.

Posting in a forum for getting a backlink is not a good practice. You could be banned for this. Better buy ads or just keep on sharing stuff that people find interesting.

Do I understand correctly that your site now contains mostly uninteresting stuff? Then it isn't worth to be promoted, I'd say.
