Regarding computer spamming program

Hello, I have built a computer a long time ago and works fine however, everytime I log in now, it keeps spamming a program that doesn't stop and whenever i access my graphic card setting it spams like crazy none stop, Can someone help me. I believe i have a Geforce gtx PNY graphics card not to sure on the model but has 3 fans in it.

Look in the Start Up Menu
