laptop pickers

As Bob explained, Windows is an operating system, which means it doesn't have much to do with laptop brand (although certain laptops offer Windows 7 as part of the package). I suggest you use a laptop picker, such as PC Scout, to help you narrow down your laptop choices. You can enter the specs you want and the PC Scout tool will generate suggestions.

Good luck!
