I won a Galaxy Note 2 today at a Samsung promotional event in the King of Prussia mall in PA. The manager at the Samsung booth refused to give it to me because he remembered that I had won the note 2 at a similar promotional event during the Thanksgiving weekend. The system does not prevent you to win more than once and there is no rule that says that you cannot win again. What prevented me from winning the second time was that the manager at the booth was present when I won the first time.
Needless to say your products are great but your people do not treat the customers fairly. The manager told me that it is by his discretion he is not giving the prize I won and I was being "greedy" for participating multiple times. I have won the Note 2 fair and square abiding by all the rules.
Tried calling Samsung multiple time s but it is always directed to technical support. The live chat or email support said they cannot help.
I am looking for some direction from you folks. Please advise me on the next steps.
