After sending and receiving 33 emails I still have no refund.. Here is my story, I will never again recommend any products by SWREG or Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0(windowspasswordsrecovery.com).Has anyone else had problems with this company?
Once again, my story....
I was given a Toshiba Satellite laptop by a friend. I thought the only issue was the Windows Password was forgotten by my friend (his ex wife owned the pc). I downloaded the Password Recovery s/w , Then in the process of the install and creating a recovery CD, I realized I did not had a CD drive only a 3.5 drive and a usb port in the pc. A upgrade was necessary to the professional s/w at $10 more to get the s/w that creates a USB recovery drive. I realized how old the pc was and decided not to further pursue the upgrade. That was all within 20 minutes of ordering the initial s/w. I immediately asked for a refund. and since then I have been emailing and emailing telling SWREG and everyone else I want a refund. I donated the pc to the Salvation Army the next morning. The company keeps offering the USB version, da? I no longer have a need since I do not have the pc! Still getting, what is your problem responses or here is the USB version.
