Refreshing Web Pages IE 6, Windows ME

Jun 9, 2005 1:39AM PDT

I have a problem with IE6 web pages. Often, when I am in a web page, and click on an "action" button, nothing happens. The bottom of the page, however, reads "done". The only way I can continue with my operation, is to refresh the page. Can you tell me what is causing this problem?

No.

No example web site was noted, but it sounds like another spyware induced issue.

1. What are you doing about spyware?
2. Does it happen in Firefox?

Thank you. It does not happen in any specific web page, any page that has subsequent actions, ie: Web Mail, McAfee Web Pages as well. I have run spybot, adaware and spyware detector in PS 6.2. They all come up clear.

Try the usual.

Run disk cleanup and check off that Internet Files option.
