Just A Few Thoughts

It's probably not your memory sticks causing the error..1. Have you updated your graphics card driver? If not, please do..

2. Have you scanned your computer with a good antispyware program? If not, please do.

3. From Google:

http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=629831

several things it can be, in my case

I went to IE Tools, Internet Options, Advanced Tab, uncheck 'Enable
Page Transitions' under the 'Browsing' section

4. If you're using Internet Explorer 7, have you tried "repairing" it by reinstalling IE7 or maybe even reverting back to IE 6>

5. While in Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. UNCHECK "Enable third-party browser extensions" in the "Browsing" section.. reboot.

Hope this helps.
