REFERB CPU

HI. ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO I PURCHASED A 1.5 CICERO AT $900, AND A 2.0 CICERO REFERB AT $500. The 2.0 was always faster and did more things better. I NEVER REALLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT, BUT NEITHER WAS FAST ENOUGH TO GIVE ME GOOD STREEMING VIDEO. THIS TIME AROUND , MY WIFE BOUGHT A 1640 HP MEDIA CENTER BUNDLE AT $1000, AND I GOT A 7580 HP MEDIA CENTER (NOT BUNDLED) AT $700 ( REGULAR $1400), A REFERB. BOTH ARE DUAL, 2 GIG, 4400 PROCESSOPS, MINE HAS A BETTER TUNER CARD ( CABLE INPUT PLUS REMOTE, HERS DOESN'T). IN A YEAR, HERS HASN'T CRASHED ONCE, I HAD TO DO SYSTEM RESTORES 5 TIMES ON MINE. THE PROBLEM SEEMED TO BE WITH MY ROXIO. WHEN I HAD ROXIO IN MINE IT SEEMED TO FREEZE, WHEN I TOOK IT OUT IT SEEMED TO BE OKAY. YES, I'D BUY ANOTHER REFERB. JACK

Ron I deleted your post.

It included your telephone number and email address. I would never give away my telephone number in forums like these for privacy reasons, but in particular neither would I post my email address. Spam bots, (robots), trawl forums like these to gather up any email addresses posted, and then those addresses are flooded with spam.

I have copied below what you said in your post;

I read an old posting of yours that indicated that you had "The Valiant Years" in some kind of format. Is it for sale? Would you transfer to DVD and sell?

Thanks for your concern. I hope I reach the fellow who had that TV series and he can accomodate me.
