Their customer service should be able to tell you how to remove it from your machine or from your current email program. I think it's some addon you installed. Then remove that addon from your email program or start using another email client you don't install it in.
For several years now my computer has been sending stuff marked a greymail, and is apparently using a website redcondor.com. to administer this function. Very annoying. I can receive emails from a trusted source for a period of time, then suddenly they cease, and I log into this redcondor where I see list of flagged messages, and suddenly it's been flagged. I can't find much about this "service". I can go on their dashboard, and re-flag the poster to friend, but often I am not aware of the presence of the mail, so I don't even search for it. And the worst is my receipts of whether an email was successfully delivered or read, end up there (that's recent). I can't re designate those as the sender always changes. I'd like to get rid of this service. It does not show up in my program list so I cannot delete it.
