Im not really a novice although its gonna seem like I am.
But Im getting those page cannot be displayed on some pictures. Its usually only one picture per web site and about every 10 per site.

When I clicked on three red x's It wouldnt connect because they are adware tracking cookies,so how to I get my browser (IE)to display them anyway?

There's nothing inherent in IE that specifically will block "adware tracking cookies". In fact, cookies aren't displayed at all, but the idea is clear. So I suppose you have some adblocking tool installed on your machine. Up to now, you're the only one who knows for sure, or who can check it. Remove it, or customise its settings.
This seems simple, but it might be a little bit complex.
