Marc Bennett does NOT have a red M after his name. All the other Moderators do.
This needs corrected.

A couple months ago Marc transferred to another department within Cnet, so while he still does the Cnet weekly poll and a few other things he is no longer Lee's 'partner in crime' and no longer a moderator. That's why his red 'M' has disappeared.

The badge in the member profiles is not directly tied to a member's status like the red 'M' is, that is it must be added or removed separately, so it was most likely just overlooked. He's still around and filled in for Lee while he was away recently, but holds a slightly different position now.
