Recs for an above average slideshow software

Is there any software that allows customized editing of slideshows with music?
I've already tried Corel VideoStudio and yet it doesnt allow me to create a 90 sec long slideshow(What the heck)

Is there anything that you can recommend because I'm drowning here! Thanks!

https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Create%20a%20video%20slideshow%20from%20images and it's first example looks to be as short as you want to make it. A sound track can be added in with this for an example.
