Recoverying Vista, administrator account disabled.

Ok, here is what happened.

I did a factory reboot on my emachines t3638. I called tech support and the guy walked me through it.

When it took me to the desktop, so I can start using it, I shut it down to install my software the next day.

It comes to the login screen, and it has an administrator user button. I clicked it. It says the account is disabled. There is no way to get in other than safe mode.

Is there a way to recover the system?

No tutorial from me, but it's what I used to fix that.
