Recovery of photos

I have a Samsung edge+. While transferring the photos to a USB drive through an OTG I lost the photos. How can I recover. Tried few recover softwares but did not succeed. Please anyone advise.

Hope you have back up option on Google Photos

If you enabled the auto backup photos option in Google photos or Google drive then you will find them there. Don't tell me that you haven't!
