The data is not in the thumbnail to do this. If you are or have an artist they can pull it into photoshop and recreate as best they can. There are many photo restoration companies and folk on the web dealing with damaged photos but the answer is simply no.
How did this happen? Since about the 50's we've been covering the need to backup what you can't lose. Today it's getting hard to kill all the copies as I have them on backups and a copy in the cloud.
I have thumbnail of the image. It is unreadable. Upon enlarging it becomes blurred and it is still unreadable. Can i recover original image from it so that it becomes sufficient clear to be readable? any software or technique to accomplish this.
