Recover Outlook contacts

Old system xp pro w/ Outlook 2003. New system Vista business w/ Outlook 2007. Old motherboard died. I have found the .pst files on the old hard drive (archive 8mb and outlook 4.1mb). I tried importing directly, I tried restoring a backup with Norton 360, I tried copy and paste. But I still can not get my old calendar, contacts, etc. to show on the new outlook. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have been to that site. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I never could get it to transfer. I was able to get everything back by syncing with my handheld. Thanks for the reply.
