I want to make a short recording of speech using my Dell Latitude D630. It has an internal microphone. I can get it to show that the mic is operating by going through the control panel, speech, etc.
There are two problems. First, it always defaults to an external mic once I shut down the window in which I chose the internal mic. Second, I cannot figure out how to record what is being said and, once I record it, how to find the recorded material to send it to someone else.
Any help out there?
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
