Free: AUDACITY.

Pay: POWER RECORDER.

After that, you have your MP3 to put on your MP3 player.

I have downloaded AUDACITY. Now where do I get instructions in how do I use the program to convert these music programs to MP3 files. Can I download the music direct to my mp3 player without converting them to mp3 or wma?? I am new to this and need some advice from anyone. ODIE

What if you used a mp3 player that can record voice, such as a Zen Micro, could you plug it in directly to your sound card and record using the line in recording? That way you can avoid software all together. Yes? No?
