Recording desktop with game bar

May 16, 2016 9:11PM PDT

So I started using the windows 10 game bar to make recordings of my desktop, but I noticed that the audio of the recording is not in the same quality, the problem is that the game bar settings are very limited for the audio
Has anyone come across this?

No.

Maybe I didn't notice it. It sounded fine the times I tried it out. Maybe it's because I played it back on laptops and tablets.

But yes the options are limited. If you want more there are other recording apps out there but for free this is nice.

Other software doesn't help

The problem I believe is my computer's stereo mix, I already tried with other recording tools and it does the same every time

That's a shame.

But since other recorder don't see so hot, I don't see a clear exit here.

I take it you tried to snag audio with Audacity too?
