recording audio video?

I listen to a lot of webanars and would like to record or save them so I can review them at a later time . what type of soft ware or hard ware do I need?

is find out what format they are sent in. Firefox has a plug-in called Download Helper. It will save virtually any streaming video. After you know the format, file extension, then you can get the proper viewer. If they are in Flash format (.flv), Download Helper can convert it to something Windows Media Player can play.

g2m is the name of the viewer made by Citrix Systems, Inc. vesion 4.0.0.320 . It opens automatically. what i was trying to do is find a program that will capture video and audio that is being displayed on realtime monitor while I qam conferincing and then play bac the meating to studdy some of the topics. Hope this makes sence.

Never heard of it.

Try this. Download and install Fire Fox. Get the plug in Download Helper and install it. After it's installed there will be a little moving icon on the tool bar representing video files that can be downloaded and saved. If it's moving Download Helper can save it.
