Recommendations for "boutique" gaming rigs

I have had a Falcon Mach III for a number of years, and it needs to be replaced. Has anyone had experiences with companies such as Maingear, Origin, and Digital Storm? Their prices appear to be competitive with each other, I am especially interested in the quality of telephone support a company provides for its customers.

I would appreciate any info and recommendations you can give.
