Recommendation for compact mirrorless for excellent 1080/60p

Hey, I'm looking to get a mirrorless camera that would meet a certain criteria:
-compact size
-excellent 1080 video at 60 fps in any kind lighting
-easy to use, low learning curve
-large variety of lens available
-will not break the bank

what would be best for me and why?

Answer
Olympus PEN E-P2 line

A good place to start for the image stabilization alone, plus a decent price point.
