Recode WMA to MP3 -- Help!

I have recently networked my Tivo Series 2, but most of my music library is in WMA format. Tivo only recognizes MP3. Short of reburning all my CDs, can anyone recommend a tool or application to recode my hard drive library to MP3?

Thanks!

I was hoping to avoid that -- soooooo many CDs, some of which have been mangled in the intervening years since I last ripped them. Alas, I may have to if the audio quality stinks, especially b/c I'll be playing them through my HT, which will only amplify the imperfections.
