I was wondering what reciever I could get that is inexpensive and would go with cerwin vega floorstanding speakers

Basically any receiver will work with your speakers. Just look what receivers are offered from Onkyo, Denon, Yamaha, Pioneer, etc. in your price range that have the features you want.
