There are some folk that can't accept that beyond the bad apps we have bugs in code.
For me I dismiss such offers and install only what I want.
I wish Google had done more to leave the OS open but given the bad folk, side loading is dangerous today.
I received an invitation to download GoogleNow. What was puzzling was that the email address they showed for signing up was my real gmail address with the number 5 added just before the @. Does that mean they gave me a modified gmail address just for this?
If google sent this out, why didn't it get my address right?
I already closed the tablet, so can't get it back so I could describe it better.
Just super careful. It's getting harder to spot some of these tricks.
