Receive duplicate mail

i have receive duplicate mail in my 2007 outlook so how can i solve this please tell me fast sir??????

If you have received duplicates for some unclear reason (a setting in Outlook or an issue at the mail server), just delete what you don't need.

Make Sure This Setting Is UNCHECKED

Open the Control Panel, then the "Mail" icon. Once there, click on the "Email Accounts" button, then double click on the name of your email account in the window to open the "Internet Email Settings" window. Once that opens, click on the "More Settings" button, then the "Advanced" tab. Uncheck the box that says: "Leave a copy of the message on the server". Click on OK all the way out.
