Resolved Question

REBEL XS

Jul 3, 2012 11:57PM PDT

Hello,

I am looking to buy a 'macro lens'..I really enjoy shooting up close & personal..as in flora, insects or whatever...maybe baby eyelashes & toes ??...hehee

I have looked around but the prices are out of my range..on a fixed income & tight budget keeps me tight..I will consider a used lens , if coming from a honest person that tells me it has no damage...

Thank you in advance for any feedback you can share!

The lowest priced macro lens for the Canon XS will sell for around $280.
Canon macro 50mm f/2.5

For a used lens, I suggest you visit a camera store (not a department store, but a store that just sells camera equipment).

They usually guarantee any used lens they sell.

Many camera stores will also rent you a lens.
Maybe they will sell you their rental macro lens at a big discount.
