Question

realtek RTL8723BE adapter wifi problem

Nov 17, 2015 2:36PM PST

Hello! I updated some drivers from HP Customer Care and then restarted computer. When it turned on I couldn't use wifi. When I select troubleshoot problems it says: 1)"Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11B/G/N WIFI adapter has some problems connected with control program or hardware." (it was on croatian so I tried to translate it to you)
2)"A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken"
What should I do, I have only that laptop and wifi internet, writing this from work? Thank you!

With System Restore or driver rollback. If all fails you can restore the system to its factory condition. If it fails in factory condition, that's a hardware failure.
