Real Tek Audio Left Channel Recording Issues

So Real Tex is giving me some audio issues when I record my screen casts. I record, then when I playback, I only hear the audio on the left channel of my headset. I sent them an email but no response. Link to the screenshot The latest drivers are installed and it's a Windows 10 machine, all updates are installed. Please assist, thanks!

But when I encounter this I am installed some sound card or USB sound card. If the drivers are all good and up to date, you don't lose more time fussing around.
