Ready to boot the v710

Hi, I am part of the initial set of people that had been sent the early settlement notice of the Verizon Wireless lawsuit, and had been led to believe that the final agreement should be settled on January 16th of this year (2006), and it is now the 23rd and I have no idea what is going on right now, if there is anyone that knows what im talking about and has any information available to them, I would gladly appreciate it.
