Some time ago I posted this problem popup in OE "C:\Program Files\Support.Com\Qwest\vbs\sdcOECapture.js".
Since then, I've contacted a very smart lady at Qwest, and she came up with the fix--as follows---
"I'm hearing that the message is something from a SupportSoft application - likely QuickCare.
If they need to uninstall it you can use the uninstall program from the Qwest.com website. You can find it by going to qwhelp.com > Get QuickCare (Learn More button) > View FAQs > Click on Option 9 - How do I uninstall QuickCare from my computer > download the uninstall program and run it."
I did this and no more problem, thought others may have similar troubles-------Rover71
