RE:resident shield in avg anti spyware update

The resident shield on occasion becomes deactivated,i activate it,but it becomes deactivated again.I believe I saw some else with this issue also.

I received a response from the Grisoft Team "The named resident issue is a known bug and should be fixed in the next version of AVG Anti-Sypware'

Is there any time frame for the AVG upgrade. I really don't like the idea of my system being left hanging out there.

What I was told "The named resident issue is a known bug and should be fixed in the next version of AVG Anti-Sypware"

When ever that is. Happy
