Re:Is anyone planning to vote FOR Kerry?

Mar 14, 2004 9:55AM PST

Remember that thread, many threads/pages ago ?

Simple question that could be simply answered.

Unless I missed someone's comment, and if so I apologize, I didn't see a single direct response, which leads me wonder if Kerry is anyone's first choice.

I saw a couple of responses that implied a vote for Kerry and couched in a manner to indicate the voter would rather be voting for than be admitting to themselves they were voting against someone else.

And then there were the myraid of changing-the-subject diversionary posts that seem to be so prevalent at SE. I don't understand if someone wants to bash, why they don't start their own thread and do so. If for no other reason than to show courtesy to the author of the original post in a thread, and to others who are posting and remaining on-topic.

Is Kerry anyone's first choice, or is this just one more election where everyone is left to vote for a lessor-of-evils.

He's not my first or last choice, but I'll bet noone is surprised by that. (NT)

Yes, kerry is my first choice, but I'm not to be blamed should he become our next president. (Do you expect anything different from a kerry supporter?)

Hi Del:

I thought my answer was direct.

I also think most elections end up being a choice between the lesser of two evils.
