Yes, I saw that. It seems to exclude a large number of the

people who post here. I wonder who would write that everyone here has that sentiment? I can think of one possibility, but since the writer did not indicate who he is...

please don't pick nits

You the intent was NOT everyone...

(NT) (NT) agree. I think it was just a grammatic ''typo"
- Collapse -
It said everyone. That's kind of unambiguous. IMO, it's not

a typo.

The sentence might be bettre cast as..

"The war was not supported by everyone here... etc."

But I am more concerned with this part: "...but we are there, and support our troops."

Is that completely true? I have my doubts.

How about this. . .

WW1 - Not everyone supported it, but it happened.

WW2 - Ditto.

Korea - Ditto.

Viet Nam - Ditto.

"The Middle east" inclusive - Ditto.

We all have our opinions, some are right, some are wrong. In regards to "WAR", someone started it, someone finished it, a lot of people got killed. Humans are animals and their goal is to conquer.

Can we let this post die?

It was pretty clear.

And it's accurate.

No, the problem is

it could be read to mean "no one here supported.." even though I am sure that was NOT the intent.
