I found this download, just as you said at downloads.com, http://www.download.com/NFL-Head-Coach-updated-demo/3000-7459_4-10549560.html Obviously, depending on your Internet connection speed, it takes however long it takes, 300MB's is a lot. I assume you saw the following and your able to meet these: Requirements: Windows 2000/XP, 1.2GHz CPU, 256MB RAM, 64MB video card, 2GB disk space
Limitations: Limited gameplay . In the future, there are some download managers that may help, some are for free, have a look here: http://www.download.com/sort/3120-20_4-0-1-6.html?qt=download+manager&ca=20 And finally, regarding "where is it" on your computer, assuming it did "complete" the download, did you try: Start / Search and then type the name of the file, which I assume is something along the lines of : NFL Head Coach. Maybe just type NFL and see what it brings up.
Only a suggestion,
I tried to download this last night but it failed, and I'm really concerned and was wondering if someone would help me. This 300mb file took 9 hours to download, but despite having downladed files many times I can't find it any where. I posted this quesation on another forum here, but was told this demo wasn't available from cnet.
But I checked again how I found it -did a search for a demo of the game brought up 'www.downloads.com', clicked on that which brought up 'C.net downloads.com', a link to the demo with five reviews, and showing 43,000 odd previous downloads. Click to download and told file is from 'softwarex-files.download.com'. Could someone please tell me where this from?, or is this somehow bogus?
I'd be very grateful for any help, or at least an explantion.
