RE Blue Screen Crash Report

hi there

I use a Sony Vaio FW21L

Config:

Intel Core 2 Duo, T5800 @ 2.00 GHz

Ram: 3GB

Windows Vista 32-bit

when I use Flash Media Encoder,I get a blue screen with error message and screen just freezes and have to reboot manually by pressing the power button.We are a web streaming company and this error is quite critical for us just being the stream is viewed by many users.I tried to find some error messages/reports/logs.Please advice me if this is of any use, if not please let me know how to find a crash log/report to further investigate about the crash. This crash happens only when I use Flash Media Encoder.

This sounds like any other lockup issue that is caused by a list too long to list here. Try another machine and see if that works. If you find a machine that works then you know it's a machine issue.

This software works well on my Mac.But going by your view how do I find what is the real problem with my Windows Laptop or which hardware is causing this issue ?

No make or model so I can't look to see if it's a known machine that locks up under load. Or the now famous dv6000/9000 and other similar units.

Since it works on other machines it verifies to me it's a machine issue but does not give any clue that helps to narrow it down to anything we can do yet.
