1. The article [Q209169] states that when you first start OE, a default main identity is created and used until you switch to or until you set another identity as the default. You do not have to restart the computer to use a different identity, but you do have to quit and restart OE.

2. The article [Q196518] warns that if you use the Ask Me option to configure multiple identities, you may not be prompted for an identity when starting OE and occurs if another programs uses identities (such as MSN Messenger) or if you start OE with an identity and quit without logging off, and then restarting. Supplemental, [Log Off When Using Identities in OE (Q221156)].

3. The article [Q823301] states that when using OE and in Word, hyperlinks appear in underlined blue text, but when clicked, nothing may occur.

4. Supplemental:

a. "You Cannot Open New IE Window or Nothing Happens After You Click a Link (Q281679)."
b. "A New IE Window Does Not Always Open When You Click Hyperlinks (Q272415)."
c. "OLEXP: How to Configure OE to Open Links in E-mail Messages in a New Window (Q256953)."
