Question

RDP sessions from initiating PC - event log entry?

I'm initiating a RDP session from my PC to a server. I know the server event log records an entry but does my PC's event log record an entry too?
My PC is running Windows 7. Thanks.

It could.

I see the AUDITING features existing on Windows 7 so I'm going with "Yes it can."

RDP sessions from initiating PC - event log entry?

Thanks, Bob. I should have made it a two-fer question;
Do you know what such an entry would look like in the event log? I've reviewed my logs (Adm, System & Security) and am unable to identify anything related to a RDP session. Is there another auditing log that might contain the entry I'm looking for?

Auditing would have to be enabled.
