Aug 31, 2009 2:20PM PDT

I have a rca peral TH1611 and i accidentally deleted all of the files and when i turn it on all it has on it is "Music" and "Artists" and inside of those it says "Empty". can you help me fix this?

http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/product.aspx?product=388 I visted the player under their website but i couldn't find a simple download with the directory and all the drivers ect.

I initially backed up all the files but ended up losing them somewhere on my old OS.

I don't think any of those downloads will work, and if they do, i doubt they would work on linux.

If the main problem is that your firmware is screwed up on the player, why wouldn't reflashing the firmware fix it? Maybe I'm too dense to truly understand what is really wrong. It wouldn't be the first time. Or is it just that all your music is missing?

Also, you don't know ANYONE that uses windows as an OS?
