RCA RT2870 help

Hey all,

Couple questions here:

1. My receiver has a subwoofer out and i was just wondering what that was for? it already came with a subwoofer and works fine.

2. When i play the blu-ray thru my receiver (5.1 surround) the bass and sound is great however, the vocals thru the center channel is very loud (it's like the environment is louder than the people talking in the movie.

any ideas?

What i meant to say in the 2nd question is that the center channel responsible for the vocals is Not very loud. However, the environment sounds like bass are fine and sound great.

why is the vocal part so low and everything else sounds good?
