I have purchased a RCA mp3 and i cannot install the easyrip software onto my lap top,
i continue to recieve an error message that says
runtime error(at 155:7395)

Pack it up and return it as defective. Only by returning defective items will makers get the message.
I posted a tutorial below on how to perform an install. Take a look at it, I bet it has the information you need.
